How long does it take for my mattress to ship?
All Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are custom made to order. Generally, it takes 3 to 5 business days for production, followed by 3 to 5 business days for shipping via FedEx Ground.
What is the 120-night sleep trial?
We offer a 120-night trial period to ensure you love your new mattress. We require that you sleep on it for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust. If you are still not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Affirm to offer flexible financing. You can choose to pay over 3, 6, or 12 months with rates as low as 0% APR based on credit eligibility.
How is the mattress packaged for delivery?
Our mattresses are compressed, rolled, and shipped in a compact box. This 'bed-in-a-box' method allows for easy transport through hallways and doorways before setup.
Do I need a specific type of bed frame or foundation?
Our mattresses work on most sturdy surfaces, including platform beds, slatted frames (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), box springs, or adjustable bases.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Brooklyn Bedding mattress comes with a 10-year full replacement warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or impressions greater than 1.5 inches.
