At Brooklyn Bedding, we want you to love your sleep experience, which is why we offer a 120-night risk-free trial on all our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied after the 30-day break-in period, we will work with you to find a better fit or provide a full refund.
Initial Trial Period
Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system and for the materials to fully break in.
Contact Support
If you still feel the mattress isn't right for you after 30 days, reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate your return or exchange request.
Donation or Pickup
We will coordinate with you to have the mattress picked up by a local charity or recycling partner, ensuring the return process is convenient and eco-friendly.
Refund Processing
Once we receive confirmation that the mattress has been picked up or donated, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
